Rita views executive coaching as a development opportunity for talented (and critical) individuals in an organization to work towards realizing their desired (and full) potential. It is a relationship based on trust and respect to achieve mutually agreed upon objectives. Her approach is results-oriented and works towards a successful partnership focused on outcomes with informal milestones throughout the process which include 1/3 self-assessment, 1/3 development/action plans, and 1/3 applications (practice and reinforcement).
